The parties to this statement note the findings of NCAT in relation to proceedings brought by the Law Society of NSW.
The parties acknowledge that the current owner of Lyonswood Investigations and Forensic Group, Lyonswood and Associates Pty Ltd, had no direct knowledge of or involvement in the investigative matters raised in the NCAT findings.
The parties acknowledge that the others acted in good faith and performed their respective roles based on the information available to them at the time.
