Dear Warren, I want to thank you for your professional help. Three of the four charges against me were dismissed yesterday and the Complainants were called liars by the Magistrate. Although your analysis of the video was useful to me personally I was unable to get it in front of the Magistrate. In the end it wasn't necessary. The Magistrate was scathing of the complaint and the police investigation (or lack off). Obviously the Magistrate's comments will give you comfort in stepping up to testify to audio edits. From her advertisement (found on page 17 of the report), I rang the shop in **** and they confirmed **** is the current Manager.
