Warren was lovely. I was mildly interested in a basic search for my biological father and contacted Warren after searching the Yellow Pages for a Private Investigator. I contacted 3 companies and Warren was the first to respond. He was very polite and compassionate. He had information for me right away which satisfied my curiosity. The other two companies responded with comments stating payment up front is required before any work would begin and the fees were astronomical. I would highly recommend contacting Warren first as from what I can see, he is the best of the bunch! He truly embodies the terms "Customer Service" and "Professionalism". I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if the need ever arises.

I had been talking with a man on the internet for many months and had become very interested in him. I trusted this man and gave him $3200 and then he asked me for more money as he alleged that he had been delayed in another country because he overstayed his Visa and they wanted him to pay a fine of $2500. I became suspicious and Warren Mallard was able to call on his colleagues in another country to prove he was a fraud. I was lucky to have found Lyonswood who saved me further losses and embarrassment.

I was surprised by the compassion and generosity of Warren. I am a doctor at a university teaching hospital in Sydney, Australia, and we needed to locate a missing patient of ours. Warren understood our situation and guided us on several occasions, with great patience and diligence. We found him extremely sharp and very competent in his investigations on our behalf. He brings a no-fuss attitude towards potentially sensitive situations and we will remain forever grateful for his professionalism and courtesy. The great thing about Lyonswood Investigations is that they can handle a broad range of investigative matters for each client. They are able at first instance to locate individuals, then conduct background checks and conduct surveillance and provide a report as to any relevant activities engaged in. They can also get interesting information out of people by the use of a "pretext" that you would not get in any other way. Warren himself is an expert at this. There is also the option of having factual investigators take statements from witnesses to incidents or conducting a forensic investigation into activity that has taken place on a computer. Best of all, if necessary, all of Lyonswood evidence is gathered lawfully and so it can be presented as evidence in court. Fantastic! I would recommend Lyonswood Investigations highly. Lyonswood has assisted our company on numerous occasions and each time the work and results have been completed to the highest of standards. There is a difference in private investigators and I do not have confidence in all firms however I believe I can certainly trust Lyonswood.

I had an employee steal confidential information from my company. I soon realised that my lawyer was not able to help me get the evidence I needed to bring the matter to court.
